CEOs (Facility Administrators)
General Managers who are responsible for the results of their center's business and operations. This includes driving clinical excellent while effectively building and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient care. Owns and is accountable for organic top-line growth via strategic service line growth, new physician recruitment, and increasing volume.

A Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for all aspects of nursing care delivery and acts as a department lead of the OR, Preop, and PACU. The DON is also responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge and overseeing quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and education of center teammates.

Business Office Manager
A highly important role in managing the day-to-day of our centers in partnership with CEOs and clinical leaders. Responsibilities include managing non-medical personnel and all HR procedures; ensuring that administrative, contracting, payroll and accounting procedures are implemented; acting as a liaison with insurance companies; ensuring efficient daily operations of cases and compliant reporting; and working closely with the CEOs to promote the utilization of the center.
