Disability Insurance

Supplemental LTD is available at negotiated rates for additional disability coverage.
Life and AD&D Insurance
You receive Basic Employee Life Insurance at no cost to you. You can also purchase Supplemental Employee Life and Voluntary AD&D Insurance.
Voluntary Benefits
As a convenience to you, SCA Health provides payroll deductions for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity insurance (provided by Aflac) and a Legal Plan (provided by MetLife).
