Choose one of four medical plan options: The Value and Select Consumer-Driven Health Plans (CDHPs), each with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan. In-Network Only Plan (CA Only).
Dental Plans
Choose one of two dental plan options for preventive and corrective care.
MedExpress Clinics
If you participate in a BlueCross Blue Shield of Illinois medical plan, you can visit MedExpress clinics free of charge. If you participate in the CDHP, you’ll be able to visit the clinics free of charge after you meet your deductible.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Supplemental LTD
is available at negotiated rates for additional disability coverage.
Life and AD&D Insurance
You receive Basic Employee Life Insurance at no cost to you. You can also purchase Supplemental Employee Life and Voluntary AD&D Insurance.
Voluntary Benefits
As a convenience to you, SCA Health provides payroll deductions for Accident Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity insurance (provided by Aflac) and a Legal Plan (provided by MetLife).
