Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

FSAs are a tax-free way to set aside money for certain health and dependent care expenses.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

529 College Savings Plan

SCA Health offers the 529 Plan through Schwab to help you save money for your child(ren)’s college education.

Disability Insurance

Protects a portion of your income if you are unable to work for an extended period of time due to sickness or injury. SCA Health offers two types of disability insurance: short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD), provided at no cost to you.

Supplemental LTD

is available at negotiated rates for additional disability coverage.

Life and AD&D Insurance

You receive Basic Employee Life Insurance at no cost to you. You can also purchase Supplemental Employee Life and Voluntary AD&D Insurance.

Voluntary Benefits

As a convenience to you, SCA Health provides payroll deductions for Accident Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity insurance (provided by Aflac) and a Legal Plan (provided by MetLife).

Additional Voluntary Benefits
